IMPORTANT: this registration is only for students already qualified for studies by Shibaura Institute of Technology in Tokyo, Japan.

1st stage of registration - upload scans of the following documents until 20.03.2024

1) Identity document - passport (only the page with personal data and photo).
 
2) Bachelor degree graduation diploma entitling to apply for Master degree programmes at universities of any type in the country in which the document was issued.

For the on-line registration purposes AGH University will accept a temporary certificate confirming graduation from Bachelor studies and obtaining a professional title along with an average grade.

You need to provide a final diploma to AGH University till the end of September 2024.
 
3) Legalization or an apostille to the Bachelor degree graduation diploma - only in case of the diploma issued by other university than SIT.

4) Diploma supplement (grade record/list of grades) or a certificate including the average grade and a scale of grades being in force in the University where you received the diploma.
 
5) Translation into Polish language of the diploma/temporary certificate and the supplement with scale of grades.

Translation into Polish should be issued by:

• a person put by the Minister of Justice on the list of sworn translators or
• a person registered as a sworn translator in a member state of the European Union, a member state of the European Free Trade Agreement (EFTA) - party to the agreement on the European Economic Area or a member of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), or
• a consul of the Republic of Poland, competent for the country on whose territory or in whose education system the given certificate or diploma was issued, or
• a diplomatic representation or consular office, accredited in the Republic of Poland, of the country on whose territory or in whose education system the given certificate or diploma was issued.

Search tool of sworn translators is available on the website of the Ministry of Justice (in Polish).
 
For the on-line registration purposes AGH University will accept official translations of education documents into English language or documents issued in English language by SIT.
 
6) English language certificate at the minimum B2 level within the meaning of CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
 
7) Curriculum Vitae (resume) in English.

2nd stage of registration - upload scans of the following documents until 25.03.2024

1) Application for admission to studies at AGH University.

2) Card of registration to AGH University students’ list.

Final stage of registration

AGH University will issue you a decision on admission and a certificate of registration to AGH University students' list.
