IMPORTANT: Please note, that this registration is available only for students already qualified for studies by Shibaura Institute of Technology in Tokyo, Japan.

First stage of registration - uploading scans of following documents until 22.03.2023:

1) Identity document - passport (only the page with personal data and photo).
 
2) Graduation diploma of the completion of the Bachelor degree programme entitling to apply for admission to second-cycle degree programmes at universities of any type in the country in which the document was issued.

For the on-line registration purposes AGH UST will accept temporary certificate confirming graduation from first-cycle studies and obtaining a professional title along with average grade.

Final diploma has to be provided to AGH UST till the end of September 2023.
 
3) Legalization or an apostille of the diploma of the completion of Bachelor degree programme - only in case of diploma issued by another university than Shibaura Institute of Technology.

4) Diploma supplement (grade record/ list of grades) or a certificate including average grade and a scale of grades being in force in the University where the candidate received the diploma.
 
5) Translation into Polish language of the diploma/ temporary certificate and the supplement (grade record) with scale of grades.

Translation into Polish should be issued by:

  • a person put by the Minister of Justice on the list of sworn translators or
  • a person registered as a sworn translator in a member state of the European Union, a member state of the European Free Trade Agreement (EFTA) - party to the agreement on the European Economic Area or a member of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), or
  • a consul of the Republic of Poland, competent for the country on whose territory or in whose education system the given certificate or diploma was issued, or
  • a diplomatic representation or consular office, accredited in the Republic of Poland, of the country on whose territory or in whose education system the given certificate or diploma was issued and submitted not later than during the registration for studies.

Search tool of sworn translators is available on the website of the Ministry of Justice (in Polish).
 
For the on-line registration purposes AGH UST will accept official translations of education documents into English language or documents issued in English language by SIT.
 
6) Certificate of English language proficiency at the minimum B2 level within the meaning of CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

7) Curriculum Vitae (resume) in English.

Second stage of registration, after above mentioned documents are completed - uploading scans of following documents - until 27.03.2023:

1) Application for admission to studies at AGH UST.

2) Card of registration to AGH UST students’ list.

3) AGH UST student’s oath.

4) Statement on acquainting with the regulations on charging fees.

 

At the final stage of registration AGH UST will issue you the decision on admission and certificate on registration to AGH UST students' list.
